PGM Carpentry started work at Beam Park on July 2019, installing windows and all aspects of carpentry. Overall the scheme has planning permission for 12,000 new homes, public open spaces such as football pitches, basket ball courts, community amenities including schools, healthcare facilities and social enterprise units.
