Apprenticeships

At PGM we pride our self on our comprehensive apprenticeship scheme. The apprenticeship lasts 2 years.

This will achieve a Level 2 NVQ, gaining a skilled CSCS card. After the apprenticeship scheme, the newly qualified carpenter gets

a further 1 year of guidance from our dedicated apprenticeship team.

  • As a PGM apprentice, you will attend college 1 day a week and work on-site the other 4 days. You will work alongside experienced carpenters learning roofing, 1st fix, cladding, 2nd fix, window install, decking & finishing.
